Safe proposal submission remains blocked until TreasuryGate approval exists
Treasury cannot advance beyond read-only mode because owner Safe inputs are still missing: chain ID, Safe status + address, owners list, threshold, and proposal rule
Snapshot governance remains degraded until the exact minimal owner reply block is supplied together with real values: exact Snapshot space slug, one eligibility model, and one API key posture
X auth needs revalidation before fresh mention-driven work resumes
